29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about December 11, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Buffalo Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 981817 citation 1 item 1 issued on July 3, 2014, and became a final order on July 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2505 North Corona Street, Colorado Springs, CO.
