29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 212 CHERRY DRIVE, WYOMISSING PA, ROOFTOP - Employees performing siding work atop a second story flat pitched roof with a height above the ground of approximately twenty (20) feet, and the employees were not protected by fall protection, thereby exposing employees to serious injuries, on or about December 16, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
