29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(i): The employer did not provide information to the employees on the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (Construction reference 1926.59): Employees working on the Lepi site in Mineral Ridge, Ohio were exposed to chemicals including: asbestos and Jendco heavy duty adhesive spray which contains the hazardous chemicals acetone, propane, hexane and isobutane. They also were exposed to the fuels, gasoline and diesel. Employees were not trained in the requirements of the standard.
