29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) Worksite, 671 Halsey Lane, Bridgehampton- Employees were using a Hitachi Slide Compound saw, Model C10FSH, Serial # 451361, to cut exterior trim pieces. The saw did not have a guard; on or about 12/15/14 Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
