29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asked for the records kept under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours: On December 17, 2014, an OSHA representative asked for the OSHA 300 Logs for the years 2011, 2012, and 2013. The employer did not provide complete copies of the records kept under Part 1904 within four business hours. All the employee names were redacted on the logs sent by email on December 18, 2014.
