29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Fabrication Shop: An Orbit Machine Tools drill press (serial #0547, model #OR-1758F) had a damaged flexible power cord. The terminal end was not connected to the flexible cord in a manner to provide strain relief, as observed on December 17, 2014. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
