29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):   Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:     a/ Pepsi/Piscataway NJ Site: Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Dock.  Exit door located on the left side of shipping/receiving door #52.    Exit door was blocked by approx. 5 powered industrial forklift trucks, preventing free escape from that area of the facility in the event of a fire or other emergency.    Observed on/or about 12/18/2014.
