29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i): Whenever the employer allows employees to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) is present, the employer did not ensure that eating and drinking areas and surfaces are maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI): a) On or about 01/14/2015, for the employees at Prospect building using the lunch room. Wipe samples taken showed surface contamination with CrVI between 0.31 to 0.17 ug.

29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(5): The employer did not ensure that employees do not eat, drink, smoke, chew tobacco or gum, or apply cosmetics in regulated areas, or in areas where skin or eye contact with chromium (VI) occurs; or carry the products associated with these activities, or store such products in these areas: a) On or about 01/23/2015, for the employees working at Foxhall building which had drinks at their work stations. Wipe samples of the employees work stations show surface contamination 0.13 to .18 ug.
