Tanks and pressure vessels storing Category 2 flammable liquids and Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C) were not equipped with venting devices which is normally closed except when venting under pressure or vacuum conditions, or with approved flame arresters. Tanks and pressure vessels storing flammable liquids were not equipped with venting devices as required. On or about March 4, 2015 and in time prior thereto, diesel, kerosene and gasoline tanks did not have emergency venting. The tanks were located in the fuel area found outside of the maintenance shop and created a fire hazard to workers. -
