29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Storm Roofing, Inc. at 3533 Whisperwood Court, Johnstown, CO 80534: On or before December 10, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this two-story house with a 10 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet.
