29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, the load contacted obstructions: On or about November 15, 2014 an employee utilizing the Ely Shepard Niles 3 ton crane (serial number 14056), lifted a die block cavity without the load being cleared of obstructions. The cavity bolts were still present in the large die when the load was lifted.
