29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.)  General Building Supply, Inc., 6341 Aracoma Road, Huntington WV:  On or about 12/17/14, employees were performing roofing operations on a roof with a slope of 8/12 without the use of fall protection.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
