The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) Red Lion Diner, 1753 Route 206, Southampton Township, NJ 08088: On or about October 27, 2014, employees working from the basket of a JLG 400S Telescopic Boom Lift were not protected from falls by the use of a fall restraint system. Employees were working approximately 14ft above the ground level. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from the basket of a JLG 400S Telescopic Boom Lift. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.
