On or about December, 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from a fall of approximately 20.5 feet by utilizing a fall protection system/device during the installing of decking material on the balcony of a new home under construction. b. On or about December, 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees working on the second floor were protected from falling approximately 11 feet from a wall opening while framing a new home under construction.
