29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   a.  On or about December, 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from a fall of approximately 20.5 feet by utilizing a fall protection system/device during the installing of decking material on the balcony of a new home under construction.    b.  On or about December, 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees working on the second floor were protected from falling approximately 11 feet from a wall opening while framing a new home under construction.
