29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment.  On or about 12/22/14 located in the sun roof area, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while working at the quick disconnect boxes with unused openings missing in the sun roof production areas.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):   On or about 12/22/14 located in seat cover area, at door # 1  the old air compressor electrical panel box cover was missing with exposed conductors; the employer failed to replace the cover to guard against accidents from employees hitting the conductors while working in the area
