A. Larry Wright DBA Wright Roofing & Construction worksite located at 923 W. Bancroft, Toledo, Ohio: On or about December 23, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees were provided with proper eye protection while operating pneumatic nail guns to secure asphalt shingles. Two employees were exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the pneumatic fasteners.
