29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii): "Fire resistance." Storage cabinet was not designed and constructed to limit the internal temperature to not more than 325 deg. F. when subjected to a 10-minute fire test using the standard time-temperature curve as set forth in Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Building Construction and Materials, NFPA 251-1969, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. All joints and seams shall remain tight and the door shall remain securely closed during the fire test. Cabinets were not labeled in conspicuous lettering, "Flammable - Keep Fire Away."    438 South Hollywood Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080:  Electrical Equipment / Storage Room.  Employees storing flammable liquids (including but not limited to:  Penetrating oils, starting fluid, and paint), in the metal cabinet were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that the cabinet was not designed in accordance with NFPA 251-1969, and the cabinet was not conspicuously labeled, "Flammable - Keep Fire Away".        Observed on/or about 1/05/2015.
