29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1045 Old Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. The employer allowed his employees to work on and from a flat roof installing new roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place. Condition occurred on or about 12/29/14.
