29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. a) Rooftop On or about December 19, 2014, employees were removing roof shingles and other roof debris from a 4 and 12 pitch roof without fall protection, exposing employees to a 24 foot fall hazard.
