On January 8, 2015, an employee working in the Low Density room was exposed to continuous noise levels at 83.2% of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 88.6 dBA) during the 456 minute sampling period on January 8, 2015; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 24 minutes not sampled.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
