29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 129 N 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that each employee working on a 6-12 pitch roof approximately 40 feet above the ground performing roofing operations was using some type of fall protection. This hazard exposed the employees to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about December 30, 2014.
