29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(i): Flexible cords and cables shall be approved for conditions of use and location. KITCHEN: 1. The flexible cord of the Berkel meat slicer was hanging around the racking unit and plugged into the power source. 2. The flexible cord of the Heavy Duty Blender was wrapped around the flexible cord for the Blixer 6 meat chopper and plugged into the power source. 3. The flexible cord of the Blixer 6 meat chopper was wrapped around the flexible cord from the Heavy Duty Blender, went over the racking unit and plugged into the power source.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. KITCHEN: The intake area of the air conditioning (A/C) unit in the kitchen was not kept clean having dust accumulation, and plastic trays were also scattered around the same area. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
