29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: a) Shop; On or about January 6, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were permitted to access a panel with live exposed 240V 3-phase electrical present. The panel was not dead front, and it was accessed to turn the power to the shop on/off daily. ISLAND STONE, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.305(D)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 991653, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 30, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 15100 B CR 12, FOLEY, AL 36535.
