29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (a) through (e) of this paragraph:   Employees were exposed to a fire hazard when a flexible cord was used in a lieu of fixed wiring to power a Baldor motor that operated a portable temporary conveyor located on Production Line 3 and the employer did not ensure flexible cords were not used in lieu of fixed wiring.   Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
