Jobsite: A trench box used in a trench was too small to adequately protect employees in a trench that was an estimated 13-20 feet deep. C. Naughton was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.652 (a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004725, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 225 West Street in Braintree, MA.
