29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3) - Employees whose vision requires the use of corrective lenses in spectacles, when required by this regulation to wear eye protection, were not protected by goggles or spectacles of one of the following types listed in 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3)(i) to (iii). a) On or about January 6, 2015 or at times prior thereto: Employees whose vision required the use of corrective lenses were using safety glasses without correction while operating a Powers C5 Nail Gun when installing metal studs. Abatement certification is required for this item.
