The piping and instrument diagrams did not accurately represent existing equipment, including, but not limited to, the valves and piping associated with T-072 Methyl Chloride Tank: a) The valve system coming from T-072, Methyl Chloride Tank, had plug valves present in the field that were not represented on the P&ID. b) The piping in the field was 2" piping, but the P&ID represented it as 1" and 1.5" c) Two ball valves were represented on the P&ID, but were not present in the field.
