29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) Jobsite, 1709 Termon Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212: Observed on or about January 02, 2015, employees engaged in framing work on a multistory residential dwelling were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure. Employees working on the roof of the building were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 50 feet to the ground below.
