29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating the forklift (Nissan CPH01A15V LP Gas Forklift, 3,000 lbs) The employees were exposed in that the control lever which moves the forks sideways and forward was miss the markings to indicate which direction the operator should move the lever.
