29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical In the storage and service buildings, employees were using Star brite Sea Safe PG Anti-Freeze - 100E Concentrate and Vesco cement wash #1 8222 during boat winterizing and facility cleaning activities and safety data sheets (SDSs) were not located in the workplace. Employees were exposed to eye/skin contact hazards that could result in health effects such as, but not limited to irritation of the eyes and skin.
