29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Side of town hall project located at 8249 Dreamboat Drive, Columbus, Georgia. Employees using an aerial lift to access an unprotected roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18-feet. Neither employee was wearing a body belt or full body harness, which should have been attached, by a lanyard, to either the basket or boom of the lift.
