On or about January 8, 2015, in the guard railing manufacturing facility, Central Machinery Drill Press #20 was missing the chuck guard, exposing flying debris from drilling parts. c. On or about January 8, 2015, in the guard railing manufacturing facility, the Ridgid Drill Press, ser # 3813-35685-6053, was missing the chuck guard, exposing employees to flying debris from drilling parts.
