In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET). The Internal Revenue Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899402, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 7/20/11, with respect to a workplace located at 3020 Rucker Ave, Ste. 303, Everett, WA 98201.
