29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: In the letter carrier cases area, exit access from the letter carrier cases to the aisles was not at least 28 inches wide for routes: #1007 egress width was measured to be 19 inches; # 1013 egress width measured to be 12 inches; # 1020 and # 1023 egress completely blocked; # 2011 egress width measured to be 20 inches. THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.36(G)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 975429, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 10, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1849 GEARY BOULEVARD, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.36(G)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 997512, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 30, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1400 PINE STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA.
