29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite, Robert N.C. Nix Sr. Federal Building, 9th & Market Streets - Employees were performing masonry operations from the top of a parapet wall and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 89 feet without the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Observed on or about 12/19/14.
