29 CFR 1926.305(c): A wood block was not placed between the cap and the load where there was a possibility of slippage of the metal cap of the jack:  a)  2967 East Sherman Hollow Road, on or about 12/22/14:  A wood block was not placed between the cap and the load where there was a possibility of slippage of the metal cap of the jack, allowing the home to unexpectedly shift and fall onto an employee:  OR (IN THE ALTERNATIVE):  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck/crushed by a manufactured home:  a)  2967 East Sherman Hollow Road, on or about 12/22/14:  A wood block was not placed between the cap and the load where there was a possibility of slippage of the metal cap of the jack, allowing the home to unexpectedly shift and fall onto an employee:
