29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7): Oil lubricated compressor(s) used to supply breathing air did not have a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm(s) or both: a) Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Spray Booth: On or about 01/08/15, the oil lubricated compressor, Comp Air, Serial number 100002727405, used to supply air to an employee's supplied air respirator was not provided with a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm during paint spraying operations. Note: If only a high-temperature alarm is used, the air supply should be monitored to prevent carbon monoxide in the breathing air to exceed 10 ppm. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
