29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the nature of fall hazards in the work area: On or about January 8, 2015, the employer did not ensure the employee was properly trained on use of a ladder while installing an emergency light next to door number 23. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
