29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Loading Dock: On or about January 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the electrical control box for the motor overload box controlling the electric platform had a missing knockout. The missing knockout is directly above where waste rubber bumper guards are stored from the six loading docks.
