29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 2340 North Blvd., Davenport, Fl 33837, as observed on or about 01/13/2015, employees were conducting residential roofing work, such as but not limited to installing roof tiles, without fall protection on roofs of building with slopes of 4:12. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet and greater.
