29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: (a) For employees working in the production bay at 31004 Hwy 27, Lake Hamilton, FL 33851, as noted on or about 01-13-2015. Chemical drums containing but are not limited to acetic acid, nitric acid, sodium hypochloride, perchloric acid were not labled with hazard warning the chemicals contained.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(ix): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it included Section 9, Physical and chemical properties (a) For employees working at the production bay at 31004 Hwy 27, Lake Hamilton, FL 33851 as observed on or about 01-13-2015 no chemical properties were identified on the material safety data sheet for Stephen's Technology STS Pipe-Lining Activator, NLC-101S Epoxy Base, NLC-101 Epoxy Activator. Some of the chemicals that are contained in the chemical mixture are but are not limited to cyclohexanamine, tetraethylenetetramine, benzyl alcohol, dimethyl siloxane, and phenol-formaldehyde polymer glycidyl ether.
