29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about January 14, 2015 and times prior, employees working on the roof were exposed to injury, the employees were not wearing fall protection and were exposed to falls greater than six feet to the lower surface. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
