29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. Employees at the shop were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating the Toyota forklift truck. Model 42 6FGCU20. Serial Number 77625. LP Gas Forklift. The forklift truck control lever which moves the forks sideways. Did not have the control lever knob marked to identify the function and pattern movement of the control.
