29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Jobsite, on or about December 16, 2014, employees were performing wood framing activities that included operating portable electric hand tools such as pneumatic nail guns, reciprocating saws and circular saws without the use of eye protection.
