29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Location: 224 Broadway, Taunton MA:    Two employees working on the top a parapet wall were exposed to falls of up to 18' where a fall protection system was not being used.    Breault Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313799850, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Pearl St. Burger King, Braintree MA.
