29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a. 4350 Ball Ground Highway, Canton, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. There were several designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the facility which were hidden by large storage items, such as furniture, storage racks, etc. There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 01/14/2015.

The portable fire extinguishers in the shop area were not marked/ identified as to its location. The portable fire extinguishers were mounted on the walls of the 5,000,000 square foot facility without being marked/identified as to its location, on or about 01/14/2015.
