29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a) Triangle Tool Company / 3230 West 22nd Street, Erie, PA: On or about January 14, 2015 employees were potentially exposed to moving parts of the robotic arm used for changing tools for the Hurco VTXU #6218. The barrier fence around the robotic arm was missing a section allowing employees access to the area.
