29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about January 14, 2015, the employer allowed two employee(s) to stand in the basket of A Genie articulating aerial lift located on the side of the building without fall protection. The employee(s) were approximately eleven feet above the ground attaching sheet metal to the eave of the building.
