29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) At the golf courses and practice fields 15257 Fiddlesticks Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida, in that, an assessment for respiratory protection was not conducted during the use of chemicals including, but not limited to, irritants LESCO Granular Fertilizer, Quali-Pro MSM turf and Solitare 75 WG Herbicide.
