29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. (a) On or about 12/18/14, at the Edna Tina Wilson Living Center, located at 700 Island Cottage Road, in Greece, New York, the employer did not maintain aisles, passageways and exit routes free from obstruction. In the VB4 section, work materials; such as carts, tools and ladders were not arranged and maintained to allow for safe passage or an unobstructed egress. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
